Putting Niantic into Memik – literally and virtually
Niantic, creators of the still insanely popular Pokémon Go, awarded us $400,000 to incorporate their Lightship Augmented Reality Development Kit into Memik. We decided to go one step further and virtually incorporate Niantic’s CEO as well.
We built an avatar of Nantic’s CEO in Memik. Then we created videos to show the avatar in action during our presentation at the first ever Niantic Lightship Summit.

The Outcome
An audience of over 2,000 saw the customized content, which demonstrated the potential of Memik and highlighted our strong partnership with Niantic.
The videos were also posted to our social channels and shared to much larger audiences, which generated even greater awareness.
